The THRUM: Sound & Movement Somatic Meditation with Laura V Ward
The Thrum is a guided somatic inquiry practice inspired by Laban/Bartenieff, sacred geometry, Continuum, micro-movement, non-dual meditation, creativity, sound vibration, vocal toning, nature, the elements, free flow, dance, and inner space exploration. We engage in this work to down-regulate our bodyminds and to connect to our planet and our shared humanity.
