Produced by Sacred Singing Metals (Himalayan singing bowls, gongs, resonating bells, flow chimes, tingshas, etc.), as well as flutes, drums, rattles, n’goni, handpans, tamboura, didgeridoo, vocals, shruti box, crystal bowls, monolinas….

Participants usually choose to lie on the floor on blankets or yoga mats to receive sounds conducive to calming, healing and visions/guidance.
