Join us for a special Dance Lab gathering in the Hudson Valley at The Kiva in Stone Ridge, NY, as we move, release, and celebrate the energy of new beginnings.
This evening will feature a warmup class + Ecstatic Dance with DJ Omar Aena, blending ancient and modern sounds to guide you into deep embodiment and ecstatic expression.
All are welcome! This is a safe and inclusive space where you are free to dance, explore, and connect with yourself and others—no prior experience needed, just come as you are.

What is Ecstatic Dance?
Ecstatic dance has deep roots in ancient and indigenous traditions, where dance was used as a form of spiritual practice, healing, and communal connection.
This is a substance-free, judgement-free, intuitive dance environment for people to move freely, express themselves, and experience dance as a form of meditation, connection, and celebration. DJ Omar Aena will take us on an immersive journey with his soulful beats from mystical music traditions from across the globe. You’ll have the chance to connect deeply into your body, explore the boundaries of your movement, and connect into your creative spirit. There will be space to connect with community, get an oracle card reading, sample some tasty elixirs, and experience massage. You will leave feeling rejuvenated and inspired.
