Tai Chi Chuan is a traditional Chinese exercise that opens up the flow of Qi (life force energy) in the body to improve your overall wellbeing. It helps restore harmony and balance between one’s physical, mental and spiritual natures. People of all ages and abilities can practice Tai Chi. Nurture your body, clear your mind, and rejuvenate your spirit.

 

Yang Style Left-Right Balanced Tai Chi,  Fridays 10-11am

This Tai Chi form is based on the Yang Style Long Form (see above), but somewhat simplified with only 72 postures, and completely balanced with movements on the left & right sides of the body to promote symmetrical development of the benefits described above.
