The Frolic: A Night of Ecstatic Dance and Connection

Let your body move and your spirit soar at The Frolic—a 30 year old, barefoot, substance free, ecstatic dance that welcomes all ages and celebrates freedom, connection, and joy.

What to Expect:
• DJ Music: Dance like no one is watching. 7:30-10pm
• A quick connection circle between DJs.
• Closing Circle: Share gratitude and close the night together.
• Freedom to Move: No judgment, no rules—dance however you feel called!

Whether you are a seasoned dancer or a first timer, this is your space to let go, be yourself, and frolic in an atmosphere of acceptance, play, and creativity.

$20 or volunteer and sliding scale opportunities available
